Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
BidPrairie ('we', 'us') is a Saskatchewan company based in Regina. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our design partner pilot, and how we use it. Questions: hello@bidprairie.ca.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the design partner application form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, company type and size, how you find tenders today, and anything you write about your bidding needs. If you email us, we keep that correspondence. This website does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, we collect only aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics (pages visited, approximate region, device type).
2. How we use it
We use your information to: reply to your application and run the design partner pilot; prepare teardowns you request; operate, secure and improve BidPrairie; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your capability library, documents, or bid history with other customers.
3. Tender documents and your bid information
Documents you later share with us for teardowns or drafts are processed only to produce your outputs. BidPrairie's document processing runs on Anthropic's Claude API under Anthropic's commercial terms; your documents are not used to train AI models. You can ask us to delete your documents and account information at any time.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website and the pilot (website hosting, email, and the Claude API). They process information only to provide their service to us.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep application and pilot information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@bidprairie.ca. We respond within 30 days.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
This policy is a plain-language summary of our practices, provided for transparency.
